Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the Get Me Up Events website or enquiring about our event planning and related services.

Last Updated: 12 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Get Me Up Events ("we", "our", or "us") at https://getmeupevents.in/ and your enquiries regarding our services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. About Our Services

Get Me Up Events provides event-related services that may include team building activities, corporate day picnics, corporate tours, corporate gifting, conferences and other corporate events.

Information on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. The actual scope, availability and delivery of a service depend on the specific requirements discussed and the arrangements agreed upon with us.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

  • Submitting an enquiry through our website, telephone, email or WhatsApp does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
  • Quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared and may be subject to confirmation of dates, venues, participant numbers, suppliers and other requirements.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to prepare a proposal.
  • A booking will be treated as confirmed only after the applicable proposal, commercial terms, required approvals and payment arrangements have been accepted or completed as communicated by us.

3. Pricing, Payments and Taxes

Prices, inclusions, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be communicated in the relevant quotation, invoice or written booking confirmation.

  • Any advance payment, deposit or milestone payment will be specified in the applicable commercial proposal.
  • Additional requirements, changes in scope, extra participants, extended event hours or additional vendor services may result in additional charges.
  • Applicable taxes and statutory charges will be handled as specified in the quotation or invoice and in accordance with applicable law.
  • Payment deadlines and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

No payment term on this page overrides a specific written agreement accepted by the parties for an event.

4. Changes to Event Requirements

If you request a change to the event date, venue, activity, participant count, schedule or other agreed requirement, please inform us as early as possible.

Requested changes are subject to availability, feasibility and written confirmation. Changes may affect the event plan, supplier commitments, delivery timelines and overall cost. We will communicate any material changes to the quotation or arrangements for your approval.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may depend on the event type, notice period, supplier commitments, venue policies, work already completed and the terms of the accepted quotation or booking agreement.

  • Customers should submit cancellation or rescheduling requests in writing.
  • Charges or deductions, if applicable, will be governed by the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
  • Refund eligibility, amount and processing timelines will be communicated after reviewing the relevant booking terms and payments.
  • Where a third-party venue or supplier has separate cancellation conditions, those conditions may also apply if they were included in or communicated as part of the booking arrangements.

Please review the cancellation and refund terms in your quotation or booking confirmation before making a payment. Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Customer Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details and timely instructions.
  • Ensure authorized representatives approve the event arrangements.
  • Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Inform us of relevant venue restrictions, accessibility requirements or other material event considerations.
  • Ensure that participants follow applicable venue rules, reasonable safety instructions and lawful event guidelines.
  • Obtain permissions, consents or authorizations that are your responsibility for materials or activities you provide.

7. Event Safety and Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions given by event coordinators, activity facilitators and venue representatives.

Certain activities may involve physical movement, outdoor conditions, travel or other inherent risks. Customers should inform us in advance of relevant requirements that may affect activity selection or participation.

Activities may be modified, paused or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, severe weather, venue restrictions or other circumstances affecting safe delivery. Any resulting changes will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

8. Third-Party Venues and Suppliers

Some events may require third-party venues, caterers, transportation providers, equipment suppliers, facilitators or other service providers.

Their availability, operating rules and service conditions may affect the event arrangements. We will communicate relevant supplier conditions where applicable. Where a third-party service is contracted directly by the customer, the customer's agreement with that provider will govern that service.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, branding, graphics, design elements, photographs and other materials are owned by us or used with permission or other lawful authorization.

You may access and use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or modify website content without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.

Company names, trademarks, logos and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems.
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation.
  • Use automated methods to misuse, disrupt or overload the website.
  • Submit false enquiries or information intended to cause harm.
  • Copy or use website content in a manner that infringes applicable rights.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites, communication platforms or external services for convenience. We do not control all external websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.

Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you can review that policy to understand how information may be collected and used. Where applicable law requires consent, that consent will be handled separately as required.

13. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website information useful and current. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, become outdated or be temporarily unavailable.

Service descriptions, photographs, examples and other promotional materials are illustrative unless specifically included as commitments in a written quotation or agreement. Actual event arrangements may vary according to availability and the agreed scope.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses arising solely from temporary website unavailability, reliance on general website information without confirmation, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any applicable non-excludable consumer rights.

Any liability relating to a specific event or service will also be subject to the applicable written booking agreement and applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, transport disruptions, venue closures, strikes or significant supplier failures.

If such circumstances affect an event, we will communicate with the customer regarding reasonably available alternatives, changes or cancellation arrangements. Any financial consequences will be handled under the applicable booking terms and law.

16. Suspension or Restriction of Access

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or prevention of misuse. We may also decline unlawful or abusive requests for services, subject to applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law. Specific event bookings may continue to be governed by the written terms accepted for those bookings.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws of India, to the extent applicable. Disputes will be addressed through good-faith discussions where appropriate. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or other appropriate forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
